I am used to handling more than one thing at once and I always remain calm and respectful even during those times when the restaurant is packed and we are shorthanded. I have the skills to handle all complaints and find solutions that will make the customer happy while still following company policies and procedures.

I know how to delegate the work to ensure all stations are covered and that all employees share the workload. I believe in providing outstanding customer service and I have the training and experience to make sure the employees greet the customers with a smile and friendly attitude at all times.
