My education and experience includes a high school diploma and over ten years of experience working in the industry. In this time I have maintained up to date knowledge about furniture products along with new procedures and trends in the field. This has allowed me to have the ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture as well as answering customer queries regarding furniture products. With my great communication skills I can coordinate with sales team to establish selling strategies and deals and can work with the sales team to maximize sales and profitability.
There would be no problem with me coordinating with the shipping department to ensure that furniture is delivered to customers in a timely manner. I am also able to develop action plans to achieve sales objectives and can analyze and process customer orders accurately in order to provide outstanding customer services before and after the sale. This includes maintaining a positive working relationship with furniture manufacturers and sales team to achieve revenue goals.
My computer skills are adequate which allows me to track inventory, schedule all deliveries and place orders with vendors to increase the inventory when needed. While I am not an expert, I do have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
