I currently hold a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and have worked in this department for my entire career. In my past position, I performed orientations for all new employees and recommended improvement processes for all human resource activities. I also managed all payroll processes and managed the communications with all managers and supervisors according to employee policies and procedures. This included hiring and performing interviews with various human resource employees and performing the termination of all employees by providing notices and other documents as per requirement.
It was also my duty to monitor all employee issues and to provide resolution for the same by preparing strategies for all staff requirements and developing talent. I also administered all new employee enrollments and prepared change reports for all employees. This was done along with supervising the efficient working of staff and providing the required human resource support to all activities.
When required I also performed a market survey to analyze and recommend improvements to all compensation programs and design recruitment policies along with performing site visits in coordination with field staff and provided assistance to staff and human resource directors to resolve any issues.
