While my education does not include any college, I did earn my high school diploma and have worked in customer service for many years. This includes four years as an insurance assistant so I would bring experience to your company. My skills include the ability to stay organized and to always meet the deadlines that are given to me by my superiors. I have great written and verbal communication skills which allow me to work directly with supervisors, colleagues and clients without ever having an issue. They also help with my customer service skills which are also great. My computer skills are also quite high and this is advantageous when it comes to completing the tasks that are assigned to me. I am a fast learner and can easily learn any new software platforms that you may use that I may not be familiar with.
In my past position I was tasked with preparing and organizing insurance claims along with other documentation, processing claims and taking payments from customers. My speaking voice is great and I can field all phone calls and provide customers with any information that they request.
