Dear Ms. Pitts,

I am applying for the IT Trainer position being offered by East West Bank and I know that I have the skills and training needed to be the best applicant for this position.

It takes a special type of person to be a trainer. You must have lots of patience and great interpersonal skills to connect with your trainees and teach them what they need to learn. I have these skills in addition to having extensive knowledge in this field.

I have a bachelor’s degree in information technology and I worked as a teacher assistant for three years, where I discovered I have a natural ability to teach others. After this realization, I earned my teaching degree, received my license to teach and began pursuing a career as an IT Trainer. It is the perfect career because I have a real interest in technology and I thoroughly enjoy teaching others.

I have the skills and training to teach students about computer applications, networks, upgrading computer programs and more. I have experience preparing lessons, activities and exams for students. I can accurately assess the students to determine how effective the lessons are and to make changes if and when necessary.

I have the administrative skills needed to prepare reports, keep accurate records and record performance of the students. I have excellent organizational and analytical skills and I am flexible enough to adapt to different types of working environments. I am confident that I can be a great asset to your organization.

You can reach me for an interview by calling (222)-266-5424.
