I have a bachelor’s degree in marine engineering combined with naval architecture. My coursework focused on thermodynamics, hydrodynamics, marine engineering design and ship design principles. I completed an internship to gain hands-on experience in the industry by working out in the field with experienced architects.

My experience includes working with computer aided design software, Autodesk AutoCAD software and Seasafe Marine Software. It also includes creating the design for different types of ships, helping in the development of prototypes and running risk analysis to determine the strength and stability of each design.

I have the ability to create technically sound designs using physical models and mathematics and to determine the best materials needed to create the designs. I also have the ability to create blueprints and schematics with detailed specifications for the workers to use when building the ships and to act as consultant during the construction of vessels to ensure workers are following the blueprints correctly.

My qualifications include very strong communication skills with the ability to explain the details of the designs to company representatives and construction workers. I also have excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities and I know and comply with all safety regulations associated with the design of each vessel. I am hard working, self-motivated and ready to put my education and skills to work for your company.
