I am a high school graduate who has worked as a registration clerk for over five years and possess excellent customer service skills. I have knowledge of computers and office equipment and would say I have advanced skills working in the Microsoft office environment. I am great on the phones and am able to multitask and prioritize my daily duties.

I have great communication skills and can work hand in hand with patients to greet them and admit them into the facility. I also have good written skills which help when obtaining clinical information from the patients to facilitate treatment. I can maintain all patients’ medical records in an organized and efficient way. I can also answer any questions regarding their admittance, treatment and billing issues.

I can also make sure that all patients know and understand the facility’s policies and procedures and to instruct them on all insurance and payment options that are available to them. I pay attention to details to ensure that all patient information is put into the system accurately. I am highly organized and can prioritize what needs to be done to the benefit of your facility.
