Dear Ms. Ryans:
My experience as a restaurant cook is varied and extensive, covering the past five years of my life. I began my career in the food industry by working part time in high school at a local fast food restaurant. After two years there, I graduated and took on full time employment in one of the better restaurants in Killington. There, I became head chef after proving myself after only one year. At present, I work in Killington’s ski resort, the Flying Skiiman, and am responsible for supervising and prioritizing a kitchen staff of 30. I write to you today, because I have always been partial to Italian cuisine in my preparation; as well as always enjoying my experience as a customer while at Romo’s Itailan Cuisine.
I would love the opportunity to speak with you in person to show you what I can prepare in the kitchen, how versatile my talents are, and to explain a bit more about my career history and qualifications.
