I am writing to apply for your Office Assistant position, and have included a correct copy of my resume for your convenience.

At present, I am in the process of completing a degree in Office Administration at Raleigh University; and have completed all but two semesters for a full accreditation in the science. Moreover, I have two internships and a full time office assistant position to offer for career experience.

In both my coursework at school, as well as my responsibilities in various office settings in which I was employed; I was given a range of duties to employ to include: correspondence, phone and email communications, typesetting documents, invoicing, sending of important documents, filing and organization, managing all print execution and faxes, and ensuring the utmost in a smoothly running office through the virtues of timeliness, interpersonal excellence, dedication, and hard work.

As all of my supervisors and colleagues will tell you, I am a self starter by nature; but also, function superbly as a team player. I am enthusiastic in my trade, and work well under pressure and in busy atmospheres. This said, I am applying to you for this position, as I both want to learn the best office administration practice from the best office in the area; as well as contribute my talents and education to your long term success.
