In order to prepare for this career, I earned my bachelor’s degree in computer science and I posses an HDI certification. I also have management experience where I supervised the staff, assisted in the hiring and termination process and provided assistance where needed to ensure the department was functioning efficiently.

I have the knowledge and experience needed to ensure the department has the resources it needs to provide excellent customer service. I also have experience preparing reports, answering phones, arranging schedules and performing other administrative duties.

I have extensive knowledge of software and hardware systems and I possess excellent troubleshooting skills. I have the ability to solve technical problems and to help clients get their systems back up and running quickly. I also have the skills and training to install new software and to work with external suppliers and vendors to ensure that the networking system is functioning correctly.

I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed to create and maintain client loyalty and to maintain a friendly and productive work environment. I have the ability to ensure clients receive the technical support they need in a friendly and timely fashion and that their needs are addressed in a professional manner.
