During my three years of experience working as a clerk in the shipping department of a large corporation, I became familiar with the procedures used to ensure all shipments contained the right items and that they were sent to the correct address. My duties included checking shipments on the computer system to determine where they were and if they would be delivered on time. They also included updating accounts, acquisitioning materials and monitoring in-transit tracking methods.
