I have an associate degree in business and plan to continue my education to acquire my bachelor’s degree. This position would be a great opportunity for me to gain experience in this industry while continuing my education. I have the ability to organize daily activity by creating a business calendar and prioritizing to ensure operations run smoothly. Answering phones, directing calls and preparing materials for call backs are some of the duties I performed during my two years of employment as an office assistant.
Other duties included setting up meetings and making travel arrangements and accommodations for management. I have the ability to handle many of the administrative duties to help take some of the pressure off the management team. My personal skills include the ability to receive and convey information effectively and I have a working knowledge of computer systems and programs relevant to this industry.

I am highly motivated with the ability to take the initiative when the manager is not present and to maintain the normal routine to keep projects moving according to schedule.
