With a bachelor’s degree in business and extensive knowledge of this industry, I have the confidence and skills to conduct phone interviews for your company. My experience includes working as a telemarketer where I learned proper phone etiquette and how to talk to people in a friendly and professional manner.

I have the ability to make the proper arrangements for the interviews to take place so the interviewee has time to prepare, when appropriate. During the interviews, I have the writing skills to create a document containing all the information from the interview and the ability to follow your company’s protocols and policies along with the state and federal laws regarding phone interviews.
