I can also make recommendations for the best routes and help them find the lowest costs by making them aware of discounts available. I have excellent math skills and I worked in sales for two years, so I have experience dealing with cash and other forms of payments.
I have the ability to learn the company’s regular schedules, layovers and average travel times so I can answer most of the questions travelers have. When customers miss their connections, I can help them find an alternate route so they can reach their destination as soon as possible. I also have excellent problem solving skills to handle issues in a fast and professional manner.
