Floral Designer Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare designs and make floral arrangement as per guest orders for special days.

Coordinate with various departments and design and gather flowers for making beautiful flower bouquet for public display.

Maintain records of inventory of floral product and working supplies and coordinate with direct manager for all additional supplies requirement.

Provide all services within budget and ensure delivery as per customer requirement.

Maintain work according to standard and objective and maintain records for employee performance and submit to manager.

Provide optimal services to invitee and costars to develop strategies according to competition.

Maintain and provide exceptional customer care service in different departments for increasing quality of work.

Design and maintain flower bouquets and supervise packaging and presentation of such products for public display.

Develop merchandising strategy and ensure upkeep of authentic department signage and prices.

Ensure compliance with all applicable health and sanitation programs and maintain safe practices.

Supervise all production devices for maintenance projects for successful completion.

Manage all telephone calls and resolve all problems for customers.

Prepare various floral products by making efficient arrangement by way of trimming, shaping and decorating foliages.

Administer and deliver flower bouquets for celebrating special occasions by designing synagogues for shrines.

Design flowers and enhance efficient safe keep of plant based food, leaf products and gardening accessories.

Train all clients and customers by fulfilling needs consumer requirement per expectations.
