Perform research on traffic and trade systems of TTCA member states and recommend required changes.
Assist traffic and trade in Northern Corridor and develop and execute various instruments to ensure efficiency.
Develop manuals and guidelines to promote instrument application and other agreements and conventions.
Coordinate with various teams and prepare custom documentation and processes in Northern Corridor according to agreements.
Design customs procedure mechanisms and ensure compliance to NCTA protocols for all projects and launched special projects requiring technical knowledge.
Provide information on issues related to program activities, customs documentation and trade facilitation.
Manage database of resource material, program information and statistical compilations and analyze program objective, process and data sources.
Assist program officer and cooperate with supervisor to organize program logistics in inter-department meetings and wide range program administrations.
Prepare reports of Customs and Trade Facilitation committee and perform all secretary work for committee.
Administer basic office activities like meeting schedules, communications, work plans, staff assignments and disburse all data.
Collect, develop and distribute information, reports and presentations using standard software application programs.
Manage and update office database to ensure accuracy and maintain departmental website, collections and archives.
Perform database and internet research for all basic system queries to identify department activities related to data.
Manage department budgets and fiscal plans, facilitate to process all invoice and administer budget.
Monitor all requests from faculty, students and others and provide necessary information and instructions.
