Train and assist employees to meet store sales and performance objectives.

Prepare statistics and analyze store operations to identify scopes for improvement in payroll, sales and controllable expenses.

Coordinate with store personnel and develop strategies to retain business targets and company direction.

Perform competitive analysis to provide retail scope to enhance its position within market.
