Monitor all service enquiries and procedures to ensure completion of all clients’ requirements.

Administer check lists, service requests, contracts, instructions, warrantees and schedules to ensure service personnel comply with established service procedures.

Manage and maintain computerized service requests to track service operations and close completed orders.

Maintain and update a variety of records that include EPA logs, MSDS sheets, smoke detector records, asset inventory, fire log, compactor log and pool log.

Maintain inventory of spare parts for service center.

Perform and conduct move-in and move-out inspections to ensure proper enactment of service rules in facility.
