Aviation Planner Responsibilities and Duties

Plan and develop effective and relevant technical reports, analysis and work scope

Create aviation graphics and solve planning issues.

Guide and train junior staff for Aviation Planning team to communicate and harmonize in a team effectively.

Understand airport support and work scope of Aviation Planning team.

Support internal and external staff to the Aviation Planning team in specialization areas.

Span complexity of projects and establish pertinent objectives.

Design schedules and allocate suitable resources.

Conduct timely work reviews.

Assist internal and external support staff of the Aviation Planning team.

Synthesize efforts of tasks and staff to reach established goals set by the Aviation Planning team.

Stabilize harmonious relationship as an interface between Aviation Planning team and work groups to ascertain airport needs.

Support preparation of airport layout and master plans under the guidance of Senior Aviation Planner.
