Lead and direct customer service and sales and motivate and coordinate with teams to sell, increase productivity and champion innovation by leading from the top.
Manage banking center with high quality leadership to achieve center’s goals and standards.
Supervisor banking center staff and be responsible for complying with policies to increase profitability.
Conduct associate performance evaluations quarterly and annually and monitor direct reports’ quarterly development plans.
Communicate periodically with upper management to review performance and staff on developments.
Ensure completion of sales and service training and regulatory compliance.
Responsible for managing and monitoring staff’s contribution towards customer’s sales and service functions of the banking center.
Set a personal outside calling program to determine and implement new business assessment process.
Deliver deposit and loan products to strengthen long term customer and banking relationship for guaranteeing profitability of banking center.
Train and guide relationship bankers and assistant banking center manager.
Adhere to security controls for protecting branch against risk of criminal and fraudulent actions.
Recommend to Regional Manager and implement policies to ensure highest efficiency of the Banking center.
Strategize plans and actions to improve quality of Banking Center’s service.
Encourage and promote positive team environment through leading by example.
Adhere to policies and procedures of the bank.
