Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to effectively sell mortgages and other products.
Maintain strong relationship with builders and real estate persons for business development.
Develop good understanding of real estate techniques.
Maintain broad knowledge of company products and procedures.
Educate customers about available loan products, WFHM programs, rates, policies, underwriting requirements, and loan procedures.
Collect and analyze financial and credit information from customer in order to determine suitable loan program.
Review customer application and quote the mortgage rate and points.
Provide post-sale customer service and interaction for any queries/issues/concerns.
Maintain strong relationship with clients to develop new business opportunities and sales growth.
Prepare reports to track mortgage activities.
Gather and analyze documents required for loan approval, closing, etc.
Maintain and manage customer and their mortgage information accurately.
Develop relationship with Attorneys, banks, real estate agents, etc to help promoting bank mortgages for clients.
