Administer all incoming phone calls and book required admission tickets and provide all information about schedule and pricing on phone.
Perform all duties at cahier window and administer selling for all shows and monitor all inquiries and complainants for all tickets sales and CCA for all present and upcoming events.
Monitor and reconcile all cash drawer at end of shift and maintain records of everyday transactions and prepare an update customer database to recognize all patrons.
Prepare sales journals on everyday basis and assist to balance all cash and prepare reports for all ticket sales and complimentary issuance for audits and organize file on yearly basis.
Administer and prepare all seating manifests for all locations and update all information for various promotional events.
Evaluate all continuous improvement process for all box office procedures.
Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures according to customer service principles and monitor all supplies for box offices.
Ensure all work in safe environment and report any activity to associates and ensure compliance to all safety polices and as per Safety handbook.
Monitor and process all ticket orders on phone and email and coordinate with manager to complete all requests of sponsors and special guests.
Assist and provide training to all volunteers on festival ticketing system and utilize Theatre Manager ticketing systems to sell all advance tickets.
Monitor all credit and cash transactions for box office and ensure resolution of all customer inquries and maintain good relations with artists and dispatch team.
