Client Delivery Analyst Responsibilities and Duties

Formulate strategic quantitative analysis for client delivery group using problem solving, data mining and analytic skills.

Identify issues and develop recommendation based on analysis.

Discuss main analytical finding with team and client.

Present analysis in ad-hoc requests, presentations and diagnostics.

Lead and direct client delivery team and ensure team attains established goals.

Formulate client delivery team objectives and priorities.

Support and guide in data analysis and interpretation to client based on industry knowledge.

Investigate and advise client on potential processing efficiencies and effective data usage.

Eliminate unproductive analytic processes.

Improve process efficiency with automation.

Design, prepare, evaluate, execute, monitor and validate data processing jobs.

Utilize standard procedures for client accounts.

Ensure jobs and audits are in line with project requirements, service level agreements and security policies.

Identify, recommend and record code changes.

Enhance client delivery data documentation.
