Coordinate between customers and technical teams to understand customer needs, plan and lead the analysis of complex problems and data.
Analyze business requirements and develop cost effective systems and solutions.
Resolve any conflicts and manage infrastructure and implementation of new business systems.
Collaborate with users to resolve queries, provide training requirements and recommend changes and enhancements to system.
Coordinate with Product Development team to determine business requirements and translate them to technical specifications.
Develop and supervise system documents related to the changes and enhancements done to the process and system.
Analyze and determine process problems, resolve them and prepare technical specifications.
Respond to customer requests regarding issues in system and enhancements and escalate issues if required for faster resolution.
Prepare test plan, test scripts for system testing, functional testing and implement the plan.
Consult team and provide support in achieving tasks.
Provide support for activities related to data conversion and resolve any issues occurring.
Provide guidance to business and technology teams and suggest process changes to improve efficiency.
