Perform quantitative and qualitative risk analysis and accordingly develop mitigation plans.
Assist in assessment and management of company wide risks.
Perform risk analysis of business, financial, operations, compliance, actuarial and market related data.
Develop risk management program to reduce company risks and increase business efficiency.
Develop reports, graphics and PowerPoint presentations of risk analysis results.
Work with management to clearly understand business processes and identify potential risks.
Maintain risk assessment tools to identify and capture risks
Ensure that risks are properly identified, captured, rated and eliminated.
Review and recommend enhancements to internal controls to minimize risks.
Work with legal and insurance departments in risk management activities.
Respond to risk related queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Generate routine and ad-hoc risk reports to management.
Educate company staffs about risk management procedures and risk policies.
Work in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Communicate management about company risks and recommendations.
