Software Implementation Consultant Responsibilities and Duties

Create draft test criteria for review and perform system peer reviews, diagnose and solve technical issues, escalate, resolve and improve process.

Establish software solutions best practices for approaching best in class capabilities and manage technology awareness, legislation and process improvements.

Direct Implementation Consultants and offer full lifecycle software implementations.

Guide and train subordinate Implementation Consultants and support resource planning and software implementation process documentation.

Initiate pre-implementation phase of customer installation, Proof of Concept Pilot – Training Presentation and Testing and Modification.

Manage and submit progress reports as per organizational guidelines. Inform Project Managers and alert on issues.

Develop configuration notes documentation to deliver to client for sign-off.

Train clients on company software purchased by client.

Update on new products, industry trends and customers training needs.

Learn client’s requirements and translate them to process changes and solution needs and suggest best client solutions.

Set up and optimize infrastructure, install and parameterize Basware’s applications and train clients to use solution.

Establish positive client relationships during engagement for high client satisfaction, quick deployment and adequate training.

Share thought leadership content to industry events, publications and user forums.

Perform and lead sales demos of company’s software with Consultants.
