Coordinate for hardware and software installation and large upgrades.

Conduct physical inventory and computer equipment tagging.

Synthesize with external vendors to install and maintain computer related equipment.

Manage customer service standards on inquiries in high quality.

Ship and unpack printers, computers and peripheral devices.
