Perform research and analysis to identify potential conflicts of interests.
Work with Supervisor in determining resolutions for conflict issues.
Review conflict reports and prepare issue summaries for management.
Interact with Attorneys to discuss about conflict data and action items.
Prepare documentations of conflicts and their resolution procedures for reference purposes.
Maintain database to record all conflict related activities.
Follow best practices and stay current with conflict law.
Conduct job trainings for other Analysts as needed.
Assist business conflicts department in conflict research and identification.
Perform administrative assistance to business conflicts department when required.
Provide 24/7 on-call support for conflict reporting.
