Contract Manager Responsibilities and Duties

Analyze and model contract terms and reviews with key internal stakeholders.

Procure required internal reviews and approvals for contract terms and provisions.

Assist field Account Management partners to negotiate contract terms and conditions.

Gather maximum return on investment and customer satisfaction from contract responsibilities.

Enter contract data and information into relevant systems.

Assess and approve bids and proposals to comply with government and public sector.

Create and execute compliance with GSA schedules and assist public sector contracts.

Determine compliance functions, duties and responsibilities and delegated by relevant personnel.

Develop and continued improvement of client Government Compliance or Procurement System.

Handle pricing changes and price reductions, compliance training and audits.

Attend complex enquiries on contract obligations and revisions.

Determine risk and issues and recommend alternatives leading to best solution.

Distribute information on contract status, compliance and modifications.

Execute CM processes.

Liaise between Accenture and clients or vendors.
