Administer all network operations on 24×7 basis and complete paperwork and other jobs for same.
Provide technical backup to consumer on all network related incidents.
Coordinate with field resources and vendors to enhance network related issues and customer problems.
Manage all servers and application process for maximum availability.
Perform configuration modification and provide update to systems accordingly.
Collaborate with teams and resolve all issues and provide advice for business growth.
Train all NOC personnel in network operations issues.
Document all technical shortcomings and recommend solutions to resolve all issues.
Administer and implement on-site technical programs inclusive of enhancing delivery/supply for clients.
