Staff Consultant Responsibilities and Duties

Provide support in developing technical architecture and design for software projects.

Develop new applications and make enhancements to existing applications based on project requirements.

Perform programming and object modeling when needed.

Stay abreast with latest technologies and techniques in application development.

Provide support in all phases of SDLC and oversee change control activities.

Work with Manager in developing business proposals and cases for projects.

Assist in risk analysis, management and mitigation activities.

Make travel arrangements, coordinate team meetings, and perform basic administration duties as needed.

Attend team meetings to discuss about new ideas and any issues.

Track and reports project status to Manager on regular basis.

Plan and coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously for timely deliveries.

Develop project presentations and reports for management.

Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues for operational efficiency.
