Dual Rate Supervisor Responsibilities and Duties

Possess understanding of procedures for major house games and rules.

Accomplish and control successful run of games together with the Craps.

Issue gaming chips to guests in lieu of cash in accordance with credit procedures.

Develop friendly ties with guests, guide novices and assist in popularizing and improving quality of games.

Assess, guide and supervise games employees, assist them in putting in their best, and help maintain a mutually satisfactory work atmosphere.

Account for casino funds of all Tahoe properties by planning and supervising functions of the Count room.

Assist hard count personnel to control costs by developing efficient schedules.

Follow guidelines of government, audit, Gaming Board and the company.

Maintain records of supplies and purchases with Cashier in accordance to strict guidelines.

Oversee accuracy and accountability of Soft count documents.

Assist in budget planning and reporting daily activities to management.
