Work under the guidance of Principal to oversee daily school activities and student service programs.
Provide direction and support to teaching staffs to achieve school academic goals.
Analyze staff problems and develop action plans.
Address administration issues in timely and accurate manner.
Evaluate academic programs and extracurricular activities and recommend improvements.
Assist in student enrollment and withdrawal activities.
Monitor and promote student instructional programs.
Monitor and track staff contribution to student progress.
Work with staffs to improve instructional programs that helps in enhancing student’s learning interests.
Develop several educational options for students.
Ensure in compliance with school policies and procedures.
Participate in parent conferences as needed.
Assist teacher in resolving student management and discipline issues.
Maintain student attendance, conduct and progress reports.
Assist in staff recruitment and orientation activities.
Maintain staff development programs to improve staff skills and performance.
Maintain complete and accurate school records for reference purposes.
