Engineering Analyst Responsibilities and Duties

Monitor and analyze RDC performance to determine opportunities and resolve issues resulting from research.

Engineer Develop and implement time studies to compile data used to prepare multi variable standards.

Plan, implement, regulate, control and integrate activities and resources used in executing projects.

Maintain accountability and focus on results.

Negotiate directly and supervise resolution of more complex issues with customers and other internal stakeholders.

Focus on opportunities to improve and streamline processes methodologies.

Establish data collection formats and processes.

Attain and present more technical information around data collection and standards providing additional clarification to customers and team as required.

Plan and schedule sound, sustainable solutions in all work aspects receiving minimum guidance.

Ensure detail analysis of business issues and project results is presented precisely.

Review work progress accuracy continuously to ensure quality and high standards are delivered.

Develop and maintain strong relations with all customers to understand and meet their needs.

Evaluate, explain and present technical components of business issues clearly in professional, diplomatic and timely manner.

Guide and support team in order to achieve desired project outcome.
