Work with Product Managers and customers to determine business needs and solutions.
Address customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
Provide post-sales support to customers as needed.
Communicate customer feedback to design team in order to make appropriate changes in product design.
Conduct internal application trials for verification and qualification of product.
Work with Sales Director to develop plans to meet sales goals.
Interact with Marketing Director to maintain a high level of consumer awareness of product.
Prepare training and marketing presentations for customers and sales personnel.
Visit key customers to support specific design problems or competitive situations.
Evaluate new software products and provide defect and enhancement reports.
Assist in modifying existing product to improve system performance.
Maintain comprehensive tutorials to assist product team in designing and development of new products.
Maintain clear and accurate documentations of problem solutions.
