Head and participate in faculty observations, feedback sessions, meetings and other coaching and development activities.
Develop and maintain an exceptional team of Faculty Members.
Screen, recruit and interview candidates able to take hire decisions at each stage of teacher recruitment process.
Ensure conformance with program delivery standards for all courses.
Distribute information about course updates and national and local initiatives.
Manage strategic assignment of Faculty Members to classes, tutoring students, and events.
Supervise on-boarding and training of new faculty.
Monitor all record keeping adhering to company policy and regulatory standards.
Perform all administrative tasks related to on-boarding new employees.
Supervise and approve payroll for Faculty and academic staff as applicable.
Ensure HR standards are well maintained and managed.
Schedule and administer Faculty auditions.
Develop and present faculty training workshops once per session to new instructors and instructors for other locations.
