Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
Coordinate with outside resources to secure payment for medical care.
Ensure follow-up of appropriate programs in compliance to state, federal and hospital laws.
Verify third party eligibility and coverage.
Assist support staff on new and revised processes.
