Financial Services Officer Responsibilities and Duties

Provide financial and agricultural expertise to customers and provide optimal customer relationship.

Maintain knowledge on market financial and credit services for existing and new.

Analyze and gather information on client’s present financial position and design innovative and workable financial and agricultural solutions to provide support to farmers on current farming operations.

Analyze credit worthiness of assigned portfolio directly with credit analyst.

Prepare agricultural and financial portfolios for farming community to understand customer requirement.

Develop expert knowledge on farm production, residential lending, financial management and other knowledge areas specific to farming in particular geographic area to assist farming community.

Coordinate with clients to complete loan applications and provide support documents for all sanction loans.

Collaborate with clients to customize financial product requirements.

Design new business initiatives through telemarketing, targeted direct mailings, outside calls and in-branch selling.

Prepare customer base by optimizing cross-selling services and products.

Prepare documentation to open and operate new business and consumer deposit accounts.

Assist in sale of financial products and services and maintain relationships with customers and monitor all complex sales transactions.

Provide training to Financial Services Agents and Financial Services Consultants.

Organize events and provide support to community and assist to increase business opportunities.

Manage new accounts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
