Develop strategic plans for front office departments and prepare statistical reports for occupancy analysis and transient commission on monthly basis.
Perform research and resolve all guest allowance issues and provide appropriate training to all associates in all front office policies and procedures.
Manage all communication with associates and ensure effectiveness of front office staff and evaluate all occupancy percentage of front office and ensure smooth everyday operations for all departments.
Determine appropriate objectives of all front office operations and coordinate with housekeeping department to maintain all rooms efficiently and track all guest feedbacks to improve services.
Ensure compliance to all service standards and operating procedures in front office activities.
Participate and organize various office meetings for various seasonal promotions and policies and develop strategies to perform night audit.
Design budget and labor cost plans and recommend strategies to achieve required objectives, train all employees in all service standards and procedures to facilitate optimal services to clients.
Manage all cash according to organization policy, maintain knowledge on all prices and special rates to assist clients with all queries and ensure active resolutions of all complaints.
Prepare schedule of all activities and ensure compliance to same by all staff members.
Maintain all room status information, group check ins and update and ensure proper protocol to all VIP guests according to organization policies and procedures.
Maintain all equipments and work area and ensure cleanliness of facility at all times.
Prepare weekly schedule for staff and analyze all requirements to ensure efficient work.
