Provide in service training to all lifeguards and administer efficient working of all lifeguard staff and provide update on lifeguard handbook and provide staff certifications and maintain schedule for same according to shifts.
Perform regular safety checks on facility and coordinate with guests and members to provide appropriate information and services to all and execute all emergency procedures to resolve all medical issues.
Organize and participate in all aquatic staff meetings and assist instructors to identify appropriate substitutes as per requirements and ensure adherence to all code values.
Provide training to staff and supervise working of all employees and resolve all issues and recommend appropriate strategies to achieve all objectives and ensure training and certificates for all lifeguards.
Prepare appropriate schedule for all training program and assist lifeguards to provide appropriate first aid to all guests and ensure compliance to all compliance to all safety regulations.
Collaborate with management to maintain knowledge of all poll maintenance and provide an effective interface with all patrons to resolve all issues and provide effective feedback for same.
Manage all swimming events and maintain knowledge on all aquatic programs to ensure smooth functioning and evaluate all time sheets to maintain records of all attendance and coordinate with supervisor to design efficient training programs for all aquatic staff.
Participate in all staff training programs and perform check on all supplies and maintain records of all shortages and prepare reports to be submitted to supervisor.
Maintain and update all records of all pool operations and aquatic programs and promote all programs in coordination with community services department.
Oversee all mechanical systems and ensure efficient working of same and maintain cleanliness of facility all times according to safety procedures.
