Human Capital Analyst Responsibilities and Duties

Provide functional subject matter expertise to all client requirements for design and implement new processes and technologies to systems and review performance for same.

Monitor inventory of all tasks and ensure compliance to all requirements and perform organizational configurations for al human capital projects and recruit staff to facilitate in all transition decisions.

Coordinate with communication team and clients and design all learning materials and required training guides and prepare presentations and databases to provide workforce support.

Assist departments to design and prepare all client presentations and recommend improvements if required to all HR leaders and executives and analyze all client strategies to prepare all financial data for market.

Perform research and analyze all industry associate issues and prepare an efficient compensation programs for all human capital activities and assist in recruitment of staff.
