Work with Managers in international offices to analyze, coordinate and integrate jobs, benefits, appraisals, HR policies and procedures, etc.
Work with management team in investigating, resolving and documenting employee relations and grievance issues.
Schedule and conduct orientation and other employee-related programs for new and acquired employees in a timely manner.
Coordinate and communicate employee transfers, promotions, departures, and other status changes to relevant persons and managers, using standardized and professional approach.
Update employee database with designation changes, appraisals, promotions, transfers, salary updates, etc.
Collaborate with Managers to develop job responsibilities and structure in conformance with existing job structure.
Coordinate with HR team to develop compensations for salary, incentives, relocation, and recommendations so as to ensure market competitiveness within the geographical location.
Coordinate with HR team to develop standard programs for performance management, compensations and appraisals.
Coordinate and manage immigration and H1-b visa processing for employees.
Create and maintain HR metrics, and standard reports/queries for executive management and internal customers.
Ensure that company’s website and other external websites have current and accurate HR related content.
Assist in development of new benefit plans or modification to existing plans to maintain a competitive position in the market.
Ensure compliance with recruitment law, employment law, recruitment law, etc.
Ensure that employee files are created, maintained and secured in timely and accurate manner.
Perform due diligence for integration process of employees of acquired companies.
Ensure that all contracts are examined, reviewed and approved by HR Administration, Recruiting and Legal departments at the time of recruiting and executing.
