Tax Attorney Responsibilities and Duties

Assist clients in all audit issues and perform negotiation on all bank levy issues.

Analyze all present transactions for acquisitions and maintain knowledge on all relevant laws and accounting standards.

Prepare all internal portion for all tax returns and prepare schedule for same and maintain knowledge of all audit data requests and provide appropriate response to same.

Document all tax processes and provide support to same and plan appropriate calculation for both international and domestic market.

Perform research on various tax issues and prepare all audits and administer all foreign tax credits and make appropriate calculations.

Ensure compliance to all IRS deadline and coordinate with clients to file all tax returns.

Administer all business transactions and design all tax planning projects.

Administer all installment agreements and perform audits on same and coordinate with staff members to manage all communications.
