Work with Manager in implementing product distribution strategies in the assigned regions to obtain profits.
Maintain complete knowledge about carriers and target customers in assigned regions.
Analyze and provide new distribution options to meet company goals.
Perform rate negotiation with providers and assist in cost reduction initiatives.
Maintain warehouse logistics and reduce wastages.
Maintain positive working relationships with Regional Manager, Customer Service Personnel, Carriers, Finance team and Warehouse Management Team.
Develop and share best practices with other teams.
Analyze and generate monthly performance reports to Regional Manager.
Provide support to Regional Distribution Manager when needed.
Maintain accounts of distributed products and sales.
Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
Assist in periodic audits and in development of disaster recovery plans.
Monitor and adjust store parameters to increase product sales.
Resolve inventory issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure that stores maintain appropriate stock levels for sales.
