Quality Systems Manager Responsibilities and Duties

Establish and integrate product standards involving production floor visuals.

Manage and maintain SPC data collection, process analysis, measurements, reporting and suggestions for improvement.

Evaluate product quality through routine product scores and moisture study.

Oversee customer complaint analysis and introduce problem resolving solutions.

Supervise key performance indicators (KPIs).

Manage KPIs based meetings to ensure quality focus, streamline and measure results for continuous improvement.

Prepare and conduct plant staff training on product scoring calibration and quality principles.

Identify opportunities areas to minimize waste and enhance efficiency.

Help and support customer as well as employee satisfaction study and improvement.

Design, develop and maintain quality control goals and objectives.

Coordinate established objectives with production methods cooperating plant manager to increase product reliability and reduce costs.

Plan, promote and arrange training activities associated with product quality and reliability.

Manage customer corrective activities to ensure thorough and timely response.

Develop and implement achievement strategy for “0′ customer complaints.

Perform key contact point for customers on quality issues.
