Handle assigned product lines and inventory management with specific metric accountability.
Communicate and coordinate between marketing, sales, customer service and operations during shortfalls.

Oversee inventory and suggest transfers to prevent overstock issues and balance network inventory.
Coordinate with suppliers, internal department and support staff to achieve team and company goals.
Handle new items, maintenance and attain gross profit goals by partnering with Category Manager.
Work on inbound order issues, returns, supplier recalls and loads prioritization with warehouse operations.
Achieve budgeted inventory levels, use system tools to analyze and be proficient with numbers to analyze data.
Handle ordering parameters and accurate supplier and item information.
Liaise between Merchant and planning organization and communicate effectively.
Optimize supplier brand advertising engagement and market promotional marketing programs.
Engage in team meetings to communicate on company initiatives’ status and execution.
Draft purchase orders and ensure they are active.
Develop Sales Field selling tools for promotion and follow-up with Sales Field.
Disseminate, push and promote bestsellers and follow-up on author signing events.
