Retail Sales Representative Responsibilities and Duties

Establish and maintain relationships with store management and associates.

Extend excellent customer service by resolving customers’ billing and service problems.

Attend scheduled sales meetings as per regional office’s supervisor.

Contribute to retail sales team efforts by reaching product lines sales results as per sales targets.

Attend calls for customer enquiries on time.

Prepare price quotations, delivery dates and service obligations.

Comply with Wireless Communications cash handling procedures for store opening and closing.

Offer untouchable customer experience.

Present and sell company products and services to clients.

Prepare action plans and schedules to determine specific targets and project number of contacts to be made.

Follow-up on leads and referrals resulting from field.

Determine sales prospects and contact other accounts.

Develop and grow Wireless Communications’ market share thought networking, cold calling and referrals.

Manage positive store selling environment.

Finish all required online training within time.
