Head Clerk Responsibilities and Duties

Coordinate with Assistant and Store manager to administer all store activities and greet all customer pleasantly and respond to all customer queries efficiently.

Monitor working of sales staff and ensure resolution of all complicated sales issues and monitor inventory of all products and maintain optimal level of services for all customers and maintain quality of all store merchandise.

Train sales team and provide required feedback to same and manage all activities for Head Clerk and utilize various organization tools and increase performance of all functions.

Forecast all business requirements to achieve all sales objectives and monitor all community events to increase traffic in store and manage all communication with Store Manager.

Partner with store manager to assist increase of sales for all personnel in various merchandise categories and assist to increase markets and provide onsite training staff.

Provide technical support and feedback to all staff and maintain knowledge on all staff strength and assist to hire appropriate candidate for all positions in business.

Provide training to staff on all merchandise operations coordinate with manager to provide required feedback for same and ensure compliance to all company standards and maintain neat and clean store ideas.

Plan and prepare schedule for all processes to increase sales and evaluate all payrolls and maintain appropriate staff at all times and manage all campaigns to provide timely promotions.

Analyze all pricing on displays and ensure accuracy in same and maintain all vendor deliveries within required timeframe.

Maintain inventory of all stocks within budget and ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
