Administers sale support projects, programs and processes specific to business unit.

Assist Regional Sales Director to schedule, coordinate conference calls, region meetings, webinars and special events.

Research and collect information for market analysis, RFP’s and prospective opportunities.

Ensure all marketing material including brochures, labels and mailing lists are accurate and accessible.

Maintain and update sales pipeline, lead referral list and lead information of award program.

Assist front desk receptionist area.

Schedule appointments, team meetings, equipment and meeting rooms etc.
