Beauty Consultant Responsibilities and Duties

Create sales of apparel, consumer durables and automobiles in a retail setup.

Ascertain needs of customers and greet them pleasantly.

Perform business operations such as maintenance of cash registers, cash drawers and deposits and separation of vouchers, coupons and slips.

Learn and maintain sales and promotion practices and policies on exchanges, payment and security.

Arrive at purchase and sales figures and process payments.

Ascertain customer’s beauty needs and make appropriate suggestions and demonstration.

Maintain personal beauty and grooming standards and upkeep customer satisfaction.

Communicate to customers on store’s beauty promotions.

Maintain standards of beauty room and offer beauty treatments to customers with alacrity.

Ensure existing stocks are displayed in the front row to new stocks regularly.

Ensure excellent housekeeping standards.

Ensure regular and timely replenishment of stocks and maintain optimal levels by informing the store manager.

Ensure timely completion of beauty store and office operations in accordance with manager’s request.

Maintain team’s delivery of business plans and sales elements for the assigned areas.

Plan and execute new product launch and promotion.
